-ALL Pick-ups MUST be scheduled 24-48hrs in ADVANCE. -ABSOLUTLEY NO PICKUPS WILL BE ALOUD WITHOUT RECEIVING PAYMENT -Winning bidder has 14 days from time of payment to pick up any equipment purchased. There will be a $50.00 storage fee for any day there after. If ANY Equipment is not picked up after 30 Days Following the date of auction the equipment will be considered abandoned and we resell the item with no compensation to the buyer. -Leverton Auction Services, is NOT responsible for any damage to equipment while being hauled, once equipment has departed from pickup location it is the Transporter and Buyers responsibility.

-ALL EQUIPMENT – is SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED -The winning Bidder has (2) business days from end of auction to fund on any equipment purchased, if this not met Leverton Auction Services WILL MOVE ON to second bidder. -We reserve the right to add or delete items prior to sale time. We encourage all bidders to inspect the equipment prior to bidding. If you choose to not do so you are accepting the equipment in AS IS CONDITION with all FAULTS. -Sales tax is included on ALL SALES. Please contact Leverton Auction Services if you are, FARM, AG, DEALER or out of state with applicable proof of exemption, to have tax removed from your invoice. - ALL Equipment must be picked up before title can be mailed out. We will be happy to send copies upon request.
