-Leverton Auction Services, is NOT responsible for any damage to equipment while being hauled, once equipment has departed from pickup location it is the Transporter and Buyers responsibility.
-ALL EQUIPMENT – is SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED -The winning Bidder has (2) business days from end of auction to fund on any equipment purchased, if this not met Leverton Auction Services WILL MOVE ON to second bidder.
